Frequently Asked Questions

How do you charge for shipping?

I charge based on your package! Typically jewelry will not cost much in the way of material to ship so I hold off on charging in-country mail. For larger items, or crafts that will not fit in a padded envelope at most, then shipping will be charged based on the package. Everything will be sent in as timely a fashion as possible. I only get so many days where I can make post office hours so on average there will be two post days a week. If you need your items sooner, contact me as soon as possible.

I do not ship internationally at this time.

Uh oh! It broke in the box!

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that! If something I sent you was broken let me know ASAP and I'll either fix it or replace it. Sometimes the mail carriers play football with boxes labeled "fragile" so I understand the frustration. Sadly this dragon can't just fly around dropping stuff from the sky like those new drone thingies do, so I still have to rely on the mail carriers.

I was messing with the thing and the thing broke!

I'll fix/replace jewelry if there was a defect in the product. Wear and tear is all you! Sometimes there's sudden metal allergies or a rubber band breaks. Things happen! I'll certainly try to reasonably work with you for repairs or any problems you have with the product.

How will I get my art?

Traditional art will be sent in a bubble mailer when I am finished. You will be notified when I send it.

You did a great job with ...! Can I use your products on my website/blog/vlog/social media?

Depends: Feel free to promote me! Show me off all you like! All the glitters is gold, right? I'll take all the glitz and glam I can get! But... If you're going to use my image/art/craft/item/charismatic charm on or for any of your social media to represent you, then the answer is NO! That's stealing! If you'd like to use something of mine then you must ask first and be sure to credit me. I love seeing my work shared around but I also want the credit for it. Dragons are proud creatures, man!

Do you prefer vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate ice cream?

Yes.
